Tear Down & Inspect
- Transmissions considered first in, first out
- Completely disassembled
- Parts washed in mineral spirits solution
- Expert technicians inspect for worn parts and failure cause
Cost of Repair
- Exact cost provided before further work
- Rebuilt to factory specs upon approval
- Tear down fee if customer declines (returned disassembled)
- Fee waived if scrapped, rebuilt, or replaced
Assembly
- Rusted/corroded parts bead blasted & re-washed
- Tested for noise, leaks, cooler flow, temp & pressure
- Primed and painted with engine enamel
- Average 2–4 days in shop (parts in stock)
- Worn parts will NOT be reused
- 90-day warranty on rebuilt transmissions
